Job Summary
The ideal candidate has to carry out these responsibilities:
1. Interacting with customers on Telephone, email, chat boxes (Telephonic)
2. Taking care of Calls Data, follow them up to generate leads
3. Enter and update customer information in the database
4. Take and process orders in an accurate manner
5. Maintain operations by following procedures, reporting needed changes

6. Contacting potential or existing clients & help them understand the service
7. Influence the clients to buy the product or the service
8. Provide product and service reference information without any delay
9. Answering Queries about the products and services of the company
10. Handle back-end operations.
